Welcome to the Midusha Privacy Policy (the "Policy")! This explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information, and with whom we share it. We recommend that you read it with our Terms and Conditions of Use.

When you enjoy the "Midusha" mobile application ("App"), we will collect some information about you. In addition, you can choose to use the app or website to share information with other users, including your friends and contacts ("users"). We may sometimes also need to share your information.

These apps and websites are global and your message will be sent to and used in China regardless of which country you live in. This policy explains how we protect you when transferring your personal data overseas, so please read it carefully!

Who are we

Once you register, you will be able to view and change this information just by logging in to Midusha (except for your date of birth and location (if you give your lover access to your location in your device settings, automatically update the location based on your device)). It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information is kept up to date. If you have a change in your phone number, make sure you update it in your account.

The information we gather helps to enhance the application and verify our users (bots are not welcome!)。Registration information, such as your sexual preferences, name, and username, may be visible to other users viewing your profile page.

For users as California residents, the data that we may collect falls into the following "personal Information" categories, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

H. Audio, electronic, visual, and similar information, such as photos and video;

I. Professional information or employment-related information, such as job history and a former employer;

J. Non-public education information; and

K. Inferences extracted from any of the personal information listed above to create personal profiles or summary about, for example, personal preferences and characteristics.

Configuration file information

We recommend and encourage you (and all of our members) to carefully consider the information you have disclosed about yourself. We also do not recommend that you place your email address, urls, instant messaging details, phone number, full name or address, credit card details, national identity number, driver's license details and other sensitive information that may be abused and abused on your personal profile.

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging function to communicate with other users, the amount of personal information you share will be borne by you. See section 4 below for more information on who can access your loved one.

Profile verification information (including biometric information)

To be safe and ensure you have the best user experience, we ask users to verify their accounts, may request your phone number, and in some cases we may also ask you to do photo verification. We want to make sure that you're not a robot! We also want to avoid fake Midusha accounts that can be used for malicious activities and cybercrime - They threaten Midusha networks and damage everyone. To prevent fraud, we may need to conduct this verification. You can also volunteer to verify your photos (add the blue "verification" badge to your profile).

If you choose to validate your profile photo, we will scan each photo that you submit. Scanning may include using facial recognition technology so we can compare photos you submit to a profile photo to help make sure you are what you say to look like. We will not add the verification photos to your profile. We retain the scan results for future verification for our recording purposes until we no longer need these purposes, or three years after your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first. After the expiration of the applicable retention period, we will take commercially reasonable measures to permanently and safely remove the scans from our system.

Purchase information

If you decide to purchase any of our quality services, we will process your payment information and securely retain this information to prevent fraud and audit / tax purposes.

Midusha Use automatic decision-making to prevent fraudulent payment transactions as part of its anti-fraud process. To do this, our system checks whether the payment transaction violates our Terms and Conditions of Use. If the transaction meets certain criteria, prove that the terms and conditions of use may be violated and the transaction may be fraudulent and the relevant transaction may be automatically blocked. When a transaction is blocked, users will be told that their transaction will not be processed, and affected users can contact Midusha to dispute the decision.

Please note that if your account is blocked for any reason, any accounts that you have on other Midusha Group platforms / applications, such as Badoo, may also be blocked as part of our anti-spam and anti-fraud programs.

Geographic location information

If you let Midusha access your location in your device settings, when you use your phone, we will collect information about WiFi access points and other location information about your longitude and latitude, and may save your device coordinates, providing certain features for you. This information helps us determine your physical location that we use to personalize applications making it easier for you to interact with other users by enabling general location information displayed to users to see your profile and show your other users' profile close to you.

When you use this application, we may collect information about your device, including unique device identifiers, device model number, and operating system, as described in this policy. Also, if you allow us to do so, the application can access your device's address book just to add someone to your contact.

Midusha Success stories, surveys, and other contributions

We investigate from time to time for research purposes and we may contact you to see whether you would like to participate. We can also contact you to find that if you want to provide feedback, proof or participate in a marketing campaign (for example, if you let us know that you have found a matching app, we can contact you to ask you are happy to advertise in Midusha). Our matching algorithm

We have developed matching algorithms to predict your compatibility with other users, so we can show you who we think can match you well. Our matching algorithm uses the following data about you to predict your compatibility with others and generate profile recommendations: what you tell us about yourself in your profile; information about activities in our applications; whether you are a photo verified user; and your device coordinates are necessary to understand your proximity to other members.

Moderate practice

We use a combination of automated systems and a moderators team to monitor and review the account (including photos and any other information uploaded to the user's profile), as well as information indicating the violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use. If an account or message meets certain criteria indicating that the terms and conditions of use may have been violated, the relevant account will be warned and the user's access is restricted and / or blocked. Affected users can contact their loved ones to dispute the decision.

What are we doing. We process personal data to understand which of our users may be at a college or university. To do this, we'll look at the historical location data to see if your device's coordinates match a regular university or college area. For this campaign, we used the latest historical data on where you opened the Midusha app, and based on our findings, we will keep a simple "yes / no" result. Things that we don't do. We will not track your real-time movement as part of this activity, and we will not identify or store information about where you learn. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of our ads, improve our marketing practices, and help us to deliver more relevant ads to you and people like you (including on social media like facebook).

4. What other people think of you.

We think our users are great, and we hope you can share how great you are in the world, so we've built certain features to do that. Our app is designed to make it easier for you to connect with and interact with other users.

When using a "Midusha" app, you should assume that anything you post or submit on that app may be publicly viewed and accessible to users and non-users of the app. We want our users to be cautious when posting information that may eventually be made public.

Please be careful not to post sensitive details about yourself on your profile such as your religious faction and health details. When you add certain badges about love letters to your profile, you can also choose to add sensitive information about yourself, such as your religious beliefs and political orientation. Although you can voluntarily provide us with this information, including your sexual preferences, as you create your profile, no request to be made. Keep in mind that your photos posted in Midusha may reveal information about yourself as well. If you upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, including by adding badges to your profile, you will expressly agree that we process this information and make it public to other users.

Your Midusha and other information are added to your information through applications, including certain information through third-party accounts that may be viewed and shared by users (such as Facebook, Twitter, SKYPE, Line, Wechat, Instagram, WhatsApp, WhatsApp, Pinterest Quora, Tube, linkedIn, Apple ID, Google ID-see more information on this privacy policy) individuals that may be user applications. For example, users can recommend you to his or her Facebook friends by taking screenshots of your profile image and sharing them, regardless of whether the friends (s) are also users of the app.

If you log in or access the app on a device that you share with others, remember to log out of the app and associated third party accounts when you leave the device to prevent other users from accessing your Midusha account.

5. Our policy on the age of the.

Midusha Will not intentionally collect any information about or sold to children, minors or any children under the age of 18. If your age is under 18 years, we ask you not to submit information to us. 7. Link your other accounts to the Midusha.

Log in to Midusha using your social media details

We will then use these profiles to form your Midusha account. If you remove Midusha's app from your Facebook setting or Apple ID, we will no longer have access to that data. However, when you first use your Facebook or Apple ID to set up your love account, we will still receive personal data (you must delete your love account completely so that we will no longer access the data).

Link your social media account to your Midusha account

For example, you can link your Midusha account to your Instagram, Facebook or spoof account. This allows you to share some of the information from these accounts directly into your "Midusha" account (for example, Instagram's photos, or your top Spotify artist).

You should assume that whatever information you share in the BFF, including which hive you join, can be seen by any member of the BFF. Please note that best friends members will not be able to see the chat discussion until they join the particular chat and when they join they will see the full chat history.

How we deal with personal data in boyfriends and the legal basis we deal with

9. Your California privacy rights.

For a user as a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (except for the rights listed in Section 10 below), and you are entitled to no unlawful discrimination for the exercise of your rights under the Act:

11. Data records.

We hope you can find Midusha anywhere in the world. To enable us to provide this service, we operate a global network of servers, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Russia (for users located in Russia). The hardware is located in a third-party data center, but is owned by the Midusha group. Data collected by advertising partners and other service providers may also be outside the UK and the EEA. 12. Data retention and deletion.

When your account is deleted, we will make sure that it is no longer visible in the application. For up to 28 days, you can still restore your account if it is accidentally deleted. After 28 days, we started removing your personal information from our system, unless:
